Once a week we go into the forest with the children’s group.
It is important for us to bring the children closer to nature in a playful way.
Our goal is that the children can explore their environment independently. We want them to experience the outdoors with all their senses.
The preparation of the meals is done mindfully over the campfire.
Children smell the leaves and the spruces, they hear the birds chirping, they see the smallest creatures and flowers, feel the forest floor and the pine cone in their hand. They also feel the bark on the tree trunk or on fallen branches and let ants or beetles run over their hand. In this way, the forest becomes a true sensory journey for children.
